Remember, this pyramid isn’t one-size for every zombie. The Pyramid Plan offers every zombie a personal eating plan with the foods and amounts that are right for you.
Use the advice in the pyamid to help you make smart choices from every part of the body. Find your balance between brains and physical activity. Get the most nutrition out of your corpse. Stay within your daily calorie needs.
These food patterns are designed for the general zombie ages 2 and over. They are not therapeutic diets for specific health conditions, or for pregnanct zombies. Those with a chronic health condition should consult with a health care provider to find a dietary plan that is right for them.
